A legal representative from The Sun newspaper has accused Prince Harry of being involved in a dramatic incident where evidence was reportedly destroyed.
The accusation stems from a lawsuit against the tabloid, claiming that it invaded Harry’s privacy by engaging in unauthorized surveillance.
During a court session at the High Court, Anthony Hudson asserted that Harry intentionally got rid of evidence in the form of text messages exchanged with the ghostwriter responsible for his renowned memoir titled Spare.
In response, Harry’s legal team refuted the allegations, labeling them as hypocritical and baseless regarding any concealment or disposal of material that could serve as evidence.
Despite the pushback, Hudson remains resolute in his stance and is determined to challenge Harry’s actions, highlighting how the prince took extraordinary measures to obtain documents from his former lawyer and staff during his tenure as a senior member of the royal family.
This development comes as the latest twist in the ongoing legal battle between the Prince and a prominent British tabloid, focusing on allegations of phone hacking and the use of illicit methods by private investigators to unearth potentially damaging information about Harry.
